Head Huggers: Making a Tassel

1. Cut cardboard 1/2" longer than desired length of tassel.
2. Cut and reserve two 12" pieces of yarn for tying.
3. Wind remaining yarn around the cardboard.
4. Use one 12" piece of yarn to tie wound strands tightly together at the edge of the cardboard.
5. Clip strands opposite the tied end.
6. Wrap the second piece of yarn tightly around strands several times 1/2 - 1" below the top.
7. Knot to secure.
